Associate Vice Chancellor of Infrastructure and Customer Care (ICC)
As the Associate Vice Chancellor for ITS Infrastructure and Customer Care, Matt is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of Maricopa's enterprise information technology infrastructure and customer care services. In that role, Matt provided leadership, coordination, and strategic direction for all aspects of Maricopa's technology infrastructure and customer care services. Under Matt’s leadership, notable achievements include delivering next-generation networks and firewall capabilities District-wide; modernizing the District’s identity, single sign-on and data protection enterprise-wide; deployment of education roaming (eduroam) services supporting bridging the digital divide initiatives; and the rollout of advanced remote work and learn anywhere unified communications technologies for district-wide instruction and operations at the start of the global pandemic.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (major) and Computer Science (minor) from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio.
