Associate Vice Chancellor of Academic Technology
Michele Agostinelli is the Associate Vice Chancellor of Academic Technology for the Maricopa Community Colleges. Michele oversees enterprise analytics and strategy, enterprise program management, and enterprise product management. She has provided leadership for the development, onboarding, and adoption strategy for ASSIST technology, as well as the voice of the customer program for continuous improvement. Michele has also helped lead the shift to an Agile development approach to software development in ITS and has helped drive the adoption of industry-standard tools and processes.
Before her time in Academic Technology, Michele helped advance several projects during Maricopa's initial Transformation efforts, including Developmental Education Redesign. She also worked as a project manager and business analyst on various government and regulatory compliance projects, student-facing projects, and internal IT projects. Prior to joining Maricopa, Michele was a partner at a custom software development and consulting firm in Rochester, NY.
Michele is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and a Certified Scrum Master. Michele has her MBA from the Simon School of Business and her undergraduate from the University of Rochester. She has over 20 years of technology management experience.
