ITS Implements "View My Contacts"
To facilitate quality assurance and accuracy in student interaction records, ITS has
implemented a new “View My Contacts” feature in ASSIST Live Service. This feature allows
front-line student support staff to access transcripts and recordings of their phone and
chat conversations with students without supervisor intervention.
