The GateWay Early Outreach department began using ASSIST and Live Service on July 18, 2023, to enhance their staff's ability to connect with prospective students. ASSIST Contact Relationship Management (CRM) and Live Service will support the GateWay team as they document interactions with students and potentially retain dual enrollment students.
